Open TikTok and tap the plus button
Record a new video or upload one from your gallery
Tap Speed on the right side of the recording screen
Select a slower speed option such as 0.3x or 0.5x
Record your video at the chosen slow speed
Tap the checkmark to finish recording
Trim or edit the clip if needed
Add effects, text, or music if desired
Tap Next
Post the video or save it as a draft
