2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp black salt
1 tsp regular salt
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, and fennel seeds until fragrant
Cool completely
Grind to a fine powder
Add black salt, regular salt, dry mango powder, ginger powder, asafoetida, and red chili powder
Mix well
Store in an airtight container
