Tap the blank form or a template
Enter the form title
Add your questions
Choose question types as needed
Tap the plus icon to add more questions
Use the settings menu to adjust form options
Tap the palette icon to change the theme
Tap the preview icon to check the form
Tap the send icon to share the form
Copy the link or send it by email or other apps
