Start with blue paint or pigment
Add a small amount of green
Mix until the color shifts toward teal
Add a tiny touch of black or dark blue to deepen it
Adjust with more blue if it becomes too green
Adjust with more green if it becomes too blue
Keep mixing until you get a rich peacock blue tone
