Start with gentle strokes on the legs and feet
Massage the arms and hands with light pressure
Rub the chest gently in slow motions
Massage the tummy with very light clockwise circles
Stroke the back gently from neck to bottom
Avoid pressing on the spine, joints, or soft spots
Watch for signs of discomfort or tiredness
Stop if the baby turns away, cries, or stiffens
Keep sessions short
Avoid massage right after feeding
