Go to Google Forms at forms.google.com
Sign in to your Google account
Click Blank form or choose a template
Enter a title for your form
Add a form description if needed
Click the question area to add your first question
Choose the question type from the dropdown
Type the question and answer options
Click the plus icon to add more questions
Use the toolbar to add images, videos, or sections
Customize the form theme using the palette icon
Open Settings to adjust response and quiz options
Click Preview to review the form
Click Send to share the form by email, link, or embed code
Check the Responses tab to view submissions
Export responses to Google Sheets if needed
