Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap Personal Hotspot
Turn on Allow Others to Join
Set a Wi-Fi password if needed
On the other device, open Wi-Fi settings
Select your iPhone from the list of available networks
Enter the hotspot password
Connect using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB if supported
Keep Cellular Data turned on
Keep Personal Hotspot enabled while using it
