Wrap the baguette in a clean, slightly damp kitchen towel
Microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds

Steam it by placing it over boiling water for a few seconds
Store it in a sealed plastic bag with a slice of apple or a piece of damp paper towel for a short time
Slice and toast it lightly if you want a softer interior with a crisp exterior
