Open the pom pom maker halves
Wrap yarn evenly around both sides
Close the maker securely
Trim any excess yarn
Cut along the groove between the two halves
Tie a strong knot around the center
Open the maker and remove the pom pom
Fluff and shape the pom pom
Trim uneven strands if needed
