Place a dry cloth or parchment paper over the vinyl
Heat the vinyl with an iron or heat press for 10 to 15 seconds
Peel the vinyl slowly with tweezers or a craft knife while warm
Reheat stubborn areas and peel again
Apply adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol to leftover residue
Rub the residue with a cloth until it lifts
Wash the shirt according to the care label
Air dry and check for any remaining residue
Repeat the process if needed
