Open the charging case with both earbuds inside
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or computer
If pairing for the first time, keep the earbuds in the case and close to the device
On your device, open Bluetooth settings
Select the Samsung earbuds from the list of available devices
Tap Pair or Connect
If prompted, confirm the pairing request
If the earbuds do not appear, press and hold the touchpads or pairing button until pairing mode starts
If needed, reset the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app or the case pairing instructions
Wait for the connection to complete
Test audio playback to confirm the earbuds are connected
