Plug the Chromebook charger into a power outlet
Connect the charger cable to the Chromebook’s charging port
Make sure the charging indicator light turns on, if your model has one
Leave the Chromebook connected until it reaches the desired battery level
Unplug the charger from the Chromebook when charging is complete
Unplug the charger from the wall outlet
Use only a compatible Chromebook charger or USB-C charger if supported
If the Chromebook does not charge, try a different outlet or charger cable
