Blot up as much urine as possible with paper towels or a clean cloth
Press firmly; do not rub
Remove and wash any cushion covers if they are machine washable
Mix a cleaning solution of equal parts white vinegar and water
Lightly spray or dab the affected area with the solution
Blot again with a clean cloth
Sprinkle baking soda over the damp area
Let the baking soda sit until completely dry
Vacuum up the dried baking soda
If odor remains, apply an enzyme cleaner according to the label
Let the area air dry completely
Repeat if needed
Test any cleaner on a hidden spot first
Use fans or open windows to speed drying
