Open Gmail and sign in to your account
Click Google Apps and open Google Contacts
Click Create label
Enter a name for the label and save it
Add contacts to the label by selecting them and assigning the label
Open Gmail and click Compose
In the To field, type the label name
Select the label when it appears
Write your message and send it to everyone in the label
Update the label anytime by adding or removing contacts in Google Contacts
