Open Gmail
Click the gear icon
Select See all settings
In the General tab, find Undo Send
Set the Send cancellation period to 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds
Scroll down and click Save Changes
After sending an email, click Undo in the bottom-left corner before the cancellation period ends
The email will reopen so you can edit or delete it before sending again
