Open Gmail and click Compose
Enter the recipient’s email address
Add a subject for the meeting
Write the meeting details in the email body
Click the Google Calendar icon if available
Create a calendar event from the invite
Add the event title, date, time, and location
Add guests by entering their email addresses
Save the event
Send the email invitation
If needed, attach a calendar file or paste the event link into the email
Make sure the recipient’s email address is correct
Check that the time zone is set correctly
