Open the screenshot in the Photos app, Paint, or Snipping Tool
Select the Crop option
Drag the crop handles to choose the area you want to keep
Adjust the selection as needed
Apply or confirm the crop
Save the cropped screenshot
Use the Snipping Tool shortcut Windows key + Shift + S to capture only the needed area next time
