Use 2/3 cup rubbing alcohol with at least 91% isopropyl alcohol or 99% ethanol
Add 1/3 cup aloe vera gel
Add 8 to 10 drops of essential oil if desired
Pour the ingredients into a clean bowl
Mix thoroughly until well combined
Transfer the mixture into a clean container or bottle
Close the container tightly
Shake before each use
