Preheat oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
Grate Parmesan cheese finely
Spoon small mounds of cheese onto the baking sheet
Flatten each mound into a thin circle
Leave space between each crisp
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and bubbly
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
Lift crisps off the parchment and cool completely
Serve as a snack or garnish
