Open the folder in File Explorer
Click the address bar
Type `cmd`
Press Enter
Right-click inside the folder while holding Shift
Click `Open in Terminal`
Click the address bar
Type `powershell`
Press Enter
In File Explorer, click `File`
Click `Open Windows PowerShell`
Use `cd “folder path”` in CMD to change to the folder
