Turn on the TV and the Fios set-top box
Press and hold the OK and FiOS buttons together until the red LED blinks twice
Release the buttons
Press 9 8 1 on the remote
Wait for the red LED to blink twice again
Press and hold the TV power button until the TV turns off
Press OK to save the code
Test the remote with the TV power, volume, and input buttons
If the remote does not work, repeat the steps with a different TV code
If needed, use the Fios remote setup menu on the TV or Verizon support site to find the correct code
