Open the Phone app on your Verizon mobile device
Press and hold 1 to call voicemail
Enter your voicemail password if prompted
Follow the voice prompts to listen to your messages
To retrieve voicemail from another phone, dial your Verizon mobile number
Press # when your greeting starts
Enter your voicemail password
Use the voicemail menu to play, save, delete, or repeat messages
To access Visual Voicemail, open the Visual Voicemail app on your phone
Sign in if required
Tap the voicemail message you want to hear
If voicemail is not working, restart your phone and check your signal
Contact Verizon support if you cannot access your voicemail
