Open the My Verizon app or sign in to your Verizon account online
Go to Account settings or Profile settings
Select Number Transfer PIN or Transfer PIN
Choose Generate PIN
Verify your identity if prompted
Copy or note the PIN shown on the screen
Use the PIN with your new carrier to transfer your number
