Sign in to your Verizon account on the Verizon website or My Verizon app
Select your internet service or router
Open WiFi settings or router settings
Find the WiFi name and password section
Enter a new WiFi password
Save or apply the changes
Reconnect your devices using the new password
If you cannot access the account, reset the router using the reset button and set up a new WiFi password through the router admin page
If needed, contact Verizon support for help resetting the password
