Open Zoom and sign in
Click your profile picture
Select Settings
Click Background & Effects
Choose a virtual background
Click the plus icon to add your own image or video
Select a background from your files
Join or start a meeting
Click the arrow next to Stop Video
Select Choose Virtual Background
Pick the background you want
Ensure your camera is on and your background is enabled
