Put the car in Park
Press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screen goes black
Keep holding until the Tesla logo appears
Release the scroll wheels
Wait for the screen to fully restart
If the screen is unresponsive, try a full vehicle power cycle from Controls > Safety > Power Off
Wait at least 2 minutes without touching pedals, doors, or screen
Press the brake pedal to wake the car after the wait
If the screen still does not reset, contact Tesla Service
