Select the image in Word
Go to the Picture Format tab
Click Rotate
Choose Flip Horizontal to reverse the image left to right
Choose Flip Vertical to reverse the image top to bottom
Use Rotate Right 90° or Rotate Left 90° if needed
Save the document
