Right-click the hyperlink
Select Remove Hyperlink
Press Ctrl+Z immediately after creating the link
Select the linked text
Go to the Insert tab
Click Link or Hyperlink
Remove the address from the Address field
Click OK
To remove all hyperlinks in a document, select the text
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9
