Preheat the oven to 425°F
Wash and dry the jalapenos
Place jalapenos on a baking sheet
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through
Roast until skins are blistered and charred
Remove from the oven
Let cool before handling
Peel or use as desired
