Enter a file name
Click Save
On a trackpad, Control-click the image
Select Save Image As or Save Picture As
Drag the image to the desktop or a folder
In Safari, click and hold the image, then choose Save Image to Downloads
In Photos, select the image
Click File
Choose Export
Select Export Photo
Pick a location
Click Export
In Preview, open the image
Click File
Choose Export
Select a format
Click Save
