Open Instagram and go to his profile
Tap Following
Check the list for the most recent accounts he follows
Use the search bar in Following, if available, to look for specific names
Compare the list over time by checking it again later
If his account is public, view his Following list directly
If his account is private, you can only see his Following list if he approves your follow request
If you have access to his account with permission, review the Following list there
Avoid using third-party apps or websites that claim to show recent follows
