Open the Photos app on your iPhone
Select the photo you want to use
Tap the Share button
Tap Create Watch Face
Choose Photos or Kaleidoscope if available
Customize the watch face if needed
Tap Add
On your Apple Watch, press and hold the watch face
Swipe to find the new watch face
Tap it to set it as your current watch face
