Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot
Place a steamer basket or trivet inside
Add broccoli florets to the basket
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing
Select Pressure Cook or Manual on High Pressure
Cook for 0 to 1 minute for crisp-tender broccoli
Cook for 2 minutes for softer broccoli
Quick release the pressure immediately when done
Open the lid carefully
Remove the broccoli and season as desired
