Press the Power button on the top-left edge of the Nintendo Switch console
If the console is docked, press the Power button on the console or the Power button on the dock if available
If the screen stays off, charge the console for a while and try again
If needed, press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds, then release it
If the console is asleep, press the Power button once to wake it up
