Open Settings
Tap Network & internet or Connections
Tap Hotspot & tethering or Mobile Hotspot
Turn on Wi-Fi hotspot
Set the hotspot name and password if needed
On the other device, open Wi-Fi settings
Select your hotspot name
Enter the password
Connect to the hotspot
Turn off hotspot when finished
