Select Steam Support
Choose the game you want to refund
Select Purchases
Select I would like a refund
Choose the refund reason
Select how you want the refund returned
Submit the refund request
Wait for Steam’s review and confirmation
Make sure the purchase is within 14 days and under 2 hours of playtime
