Press the Home button on your Roku remote
Go to Settings
Select Accessibility
Select Screen reader
Turn Screen reader Off
If using a Roku TV, go to Settings
Select Accessibility
Select Audio guide
Turn Audio guide Off
If voice is coming from the remote, press the Star button four times to toggle Voice Guide off
If voice is enabled in an app, open the app’s settings and disable audio description or narration
Restart the Roku device if the voice does not turn off immediately
