Open the PDF in a PDF editor
Use the Add Text or Edit Text tool
Click where you want to type
Enter your text
Adjust font, size, and color if needed
Save the edited PDF
If the PDF is not editable, convert it to a fillable form or use an annotation tool
If needed, print the PDF and type on a scanned copy using OCR or a document editor
