Check the ports on your laptop and TV
Use an HDMI cable if both devices have HDMI ports
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the laptop
Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the TV
Turn on the TV and select the correct HDMI input
On the laptop, open display settings
Choose duplicate, extend, or second screen only
Adjust the resolution if needed
If using VGA, connect a VGA cable and separate audio cable if required
If using USB-C, use a USB-C to HDMI adapter or compatible cable
If using wireless casting, enable screen mirroring on the TV
On the laptop, connect through Miracast, AirPlay, or casting settings
Confirm the TV is selected as the output display
Test the connection and adjust sound output if needed
