How To Cook Flounder?

Pat the flounder dry with paper towels

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Heat a skillet over medium heat

Add butter or oil to the skillet

Place the flounder in the skillet

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side

Flip carefully

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the second side

Remove when the fish is opaque and flakes easily

Serve immediately with lemon if desired
