Turn off the Meta Quest 2
Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button at the same time until the boot menu appears
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Factory Reset
Press the Power button to select it
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Yes
Press the Power button to confirm
Wait for the reset to complete and the headset to restart
Set up the headset again from scratch
