Clean your face and hands
Apply a facial oil or serum for slip
Hold the gua sha tool flat against your skin
Start at the neck and move upward
Glide from the center of the face outward
Use light to medium pressure
Sweep along the jawline from chin to ear
Sweep from the nose across the cheeks to the hairline
Sweep under the eyes very gently from inner corner to temple
Sweep along the brow bone from inner brow to temple
Sweep from the center of the forehead outward
Repeat each stroke 3 to 5 times
Keep movements slow and steady
Avoid broken skin, active acne, or irritated areas
Clean the tool after use
Use 2 to 5 times per week
