How To Make Gravy For Biscuits?

Cook 4 to 6 slices of bacon or 1/2 pound breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat

Leave 2 to 3 tablespoons of drippings in the pan

Add 2 to 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour to the drippings

Stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and lightly browned

Slowly whisk in 2 cups milk

Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened

Add salt and black pepper to taste

Add more milk if too thick

Serve hot over warm biscuits
