Collect silica sand, soda ash, and limestone

Add recycled glass cullet if available
Heat the mixture in a furnace until it melts
Refine the molten glass to remove bubbles and impurities
Shape the molten glass by blowing, pressing, drawing, or floating
Anneal the formed glass to relieve internal stress
Cut, polish, or finish the cooled glass as needed
Inspect the final glass for quality and defects
