Put both AirPods in the charging case
Close the lid for 15 seconds
Open the lid
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap Bluetooth
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
If AirPods appear under My Devices, tap the info icon
Tap Forget This Device
Confirm Forget Device
Keep the AirPods case open
Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the light flashes white
Hold the case near your iPhone or iPad
Tap Connect when the setup screen appears
Follow the on-screen steps
On Mac, open System Settings
Click Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth on
Open the AirPods case near the Mac
Click Connect
If needed, press and hold the setup button on the case until the light flashes white
If AirPods still do not reconnect, charge the case and AirPods
Restart the device you are connecting to
Try reconnecting again
