Press the Home button on the Roku remote
Go to Settings
Select System
Select Advanced system settings
Select Factory reset
Select Factory reset everything
Enter the code if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and erase all settings
If the TV is frozen, unplug it from power for 60 seconds
Plug it back in and try the reset steps again
If you cannot access the menu, locate the physical Reset button on the Roku TV
Press and hold the Reset button for about 10 to 20 seconds
Release it when the TV restarts or the status light flashes
