Press the Home button on your Roku remote
Go to Settings
Select System
Select Advanced system settings
Select Factory reset
Enter the code shown on screen
Select OK to confirm
Wait for the Roku to restart and reset
If your Roku has a physical reset button, press and hold it for about 10 to 20 seconds
Release the button when the status light starts flashing or the device restarts
Wait for the Roku to complete the reset
If your Roku is frozen, unplug the power cord
Plug it back in after a few seconds
If needed, use the reset button to perform a factory reset
