Use Meta Business Suite on desktop or mobile
Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page
Open Meta Business Suite and select Create post
Choose Instagram as the posting destination
Upload your photo, video, or carousel
Write your caption and add hashtags if needed
Select Schedule instead of Publish now
Pick the date and time you want the post to go live
Confirm the schedule
Check scheduled posts in the Planner or Content section
Edit or reschedule the post if needed before it publishes
