Press Shift five times to turn Sticky Keys off
Open Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Keyboard
Turn off Sticky Keys
Turn off the shortcut for Sticky Keys
Open Control Panel
Go to Ease of Access Center
Select Make the keyboard easier to use
Uncheck Turn on Sticky Keys
Uncheck Allow the shortcut key to start Sticky Keys
Click Apply
Click OK
Restart the computer if needed
