Open Reddit in your browser on PC
Click the search bar or recent search area
Hover over a recent item if needed
Click the X or remove icon next to each recent search
To clear all recent searches, go to Reddit settings if available and delete search history
Clear your browser history and cached data if recent items still appear
Sign out and sign back in if the list does not refresh
Refresh the page after clearing the recent items
